Privacy Policy
Last updated June 15, 2026
This Privacy Notice for Rafael Chiquin ("we," "us," or "our") describes how we handle information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:
- Download and use our mobile application (All About the Points), or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice
- Use All About the Points. All About The Points aggregates the recurring statement credits and perks across your premium travel and rewards cards into a single dashboard. It shows what you can claim this period, what's expiring soon, and keeps a running total of value captured versus each card's annual fee. 49 cards are pre-loaded, plus support for custom cards. No bank logins, no credentials, all data stays on-device.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any support or marketing
The short version: the app is built to work without collecting your personal information. The cards, credits, notes, and receipts you track are stored on your device, not on our servers. The only data that leaves your device does so through Apple (when you make a purchase) and through our content provider (when the app downloads updated card and offer data). We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking, and we do not embed third-party tracking SDKs.
Questions or concerns? If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

1. What information do we collect?
In Short: The app is designed to work without collecting your personal information. Almost everything stays on your device.
Information stored on your device. The cards you select, the credits you claim, your transaction amounts and notes, receipt photos, card anniversary dates, and your preferences are stored locally on your device. We cannot access this information. If you are signed in to iCloud, a small subset (such as your selected card list and anniversary dates) may sync across your own Apple devices through Apple iCloud, which is handled by Apple and is not visible to us.
Information you provide to us. If you email us for support, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
Information processed automatically by our providers. When the app or this website downloads content (such as the card and offer data files), our hosting and content-delivery provider may transiently process standard request metadata, such as IP address and device or browser type, in order to deliver the files and protect against abuse. We do not use this metadata to identify you or build a profile.
Purchases. When you buy a subscription or the lifetime option, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details (see Section 3).
Sensitive information. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information.
2. How do we process your information?
In Short: To provide and maintain the app, deliver content updates, complete purchases through Apple, respond to support, protect against abuse, and comply with law.
Because the app does not collect personal information for our own use, our processing is limited to operating the Services: serving the website and the card and offer data files, enabling purchases through Apple, responding to messages you send us, and protecting the Services against fraud and abuse. We process information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.
3. When and with whom do we share your personal information?
In Short: We share information only with the providers that operate the Services, and in a business transfer.
- Apple. Apple distributes the app and processes purchases and subscriptions. Apple may collect and process information (including purchase and standard App Store data) under Apple's own privacy policy. We may receive anonymized or aggregated sales and performance information from Apple, which does not identify you individually.
- Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Our website and the app's content data files are served through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata as described in Section 1 in order to deliver them.
- Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?
In Short: No.
We do not offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning, and we do not send your information to any AI service provider. The app's Siri and Shortcuts integration uses Apple's on-device App Intents framework and does not transmit your data to us or to a third-party AI service.
5. How long do we keep your information?
In Short: Data you enter stays on your device until you delete it. We do not retain personal information on our own servers.
The information you enter in the app remains on your device until you delete it; removing the app deletes its local data, and any iCloud-synced items follow your iCloud settings. We do not maintain a server-side database of your personal information. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to address your request. Apple and our hosting provider retain limited information under their own retention policies.
6. How do we keep your information safe?
In Short: Most of your data never leaves your device, which is the strongest protection of all.
Because the app stores your information locally and does not transmit it to us, the most sensitive data stays under your control on your device. For the limited data handled by our providers, we rely on appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security and improperly access information. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
7. Do we collect information from minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at [email protected].
8. What are your privacy rights?
In Short: You may review, change, or delete your information at any time, and most of it is directly under your control in the app.
Because the information you enter is stored on your device, you can review, edit, or delete it directly in the app, or remove all of it by deleting the app. If we are relying on your consent to process any information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at [email protected].
9. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. California law requires us to disclose this; because there is no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
10. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information.
You may have the right to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, obtain a copy, or delete it, and to withdraw consent. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect. We have not collected any of the following statutory categories of personal information in the past twelve (12) months: identifiers; personal information under the California Customer Records statute; protected classification characteristics; commercial information; biometric information; internet or other similar network activity (beyond the transient delivery metadata described in Section 1); geolocation data; audio, electronic, sensory, or similar information; professional or employment-related information; education information; inferences used to create a profile; or sensitive personal information.
We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information in the future.
How to Exercise Your Rights. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected] or use the contact details below. We will verify your identity before responding. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing the same address.
11. Do we make updates to this notice?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice or by sending a direct notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently.
12. How can you contact us about this notice?
If you have questions or comments about this notice, you may email us at [email protected].
13. How can you review, update, or delete the data we collect from you?
Because the information you enter is stored on your device, you can review, update, or delete it directly in the app at any time, or remove all of it by deleting the app. To request anything else regarding personal information, contact us at [email protected].
